One profile, several banks

We know what each partner bank looks for and submit where your case is strongest.

Honest assessment first

If your profile is not ready, we say so and tell you what to fix before applying.

Documents handled properly

Incomplete paperwork is the most common cause of delay. We close those gaps upfront.

Frequently asked questions

How do my CTOS and CCRIS records affect my application?

Banks review your CTOS and CCRIS records as part of every assessment. We review them with you at the start so we understand your position, and we advise which banks are realistic and what you can improve. We cannot remove, alter or bypass these records, and no application skips a credit check.

What do you charge, and when?

Fee structure is to be confirmed and will be stated in writing before any engagement begins. You will always know the amount and the timing in advance, and you can decline at that point.

How long does the process take?

Timelines depend on the loan type, the completeness of your documents and the bank's own queue. Placeholder guidance: personal loans are usually faster, while property refinancing takes longer because of valuation. Guidance for credit card and SME loan applications, and confirmed ranges, to be supplied by SMN.

Who is eligible to apply?

Generally Malaysian citizens or permanent residents of working age with documented, verifiable income — salaried, commission-based or business. For an SME loan, the bank assesses the registered business as well as its directors or owners. Each bank sets its own minimum income, age and commitment criteria.

What documents will I need?

It depends on the loan type and whether you are salaried, self-employed or applying for a business. The checklist above covers the usual requirements; a bank may request additional documents during assessment.

Which banks do you work with?

We work with a panel of licensed Malaysian financial institutions. The confirmed list will be published here once partner agreements are finalised.
